Michael Carter Underachieves In Week 9
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Michael Carter has been putting together some fantastic fantasy performances, especially in PPR formats over the last two weeks. Sadly, nothing gold can stay. Carter rushed 13 times for 49 yards during the loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9. He also added one reception for 37 yards, but this is certainly disappointing after his recent performances. To be fair, starting quarterback Mike White (forearm) was knocked out of the game after the second drive. Third-string quarterback Josh Johnson doesn't have the same chemistry with Carter. Honestly, it's anyone's guess who is going to start at QB for the Week 10 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Carter should be able to rebound and have low-end RB2 value for that contest.
