3 years agoChristopher Bell expects to have a fast car at Phoenix but the downforce may be an issue. It was the last time in the Spring. That kept Bell out of the top five more than likely. He did finish ninth and that was a solid result for the No. 20 car. Bell has improved in each of his three races on the track. He is a quick learner but is his car as fast as the "dominators"? That answer appears to be no but it could keep up for a bit. Again, a top ten is not out of the question on Sunday.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
