3 years agoKevin Harvick expects to be near the front again at Phoenix. Now, so does Chase Elliott. Cue the inevitable questions as no one truly knows what may happen. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver has won eight times at Phoenix and has finished in the top ten every race since Fall of 2013 (16 races). It is safe to say this 312 lap race is one the No. 4 excels at quite well. Harvick has the second-best driver rating to Kyle Busch.
