Jacoby Brissett Manages To Beat Texans
3 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Jacoby Brissett was asked to start under center for the Week 9 matchup against the Houston Texans. Normal starter Tua Tagovailoa (finger) was ruled out before the game started on Sunday. That meant, Brissett took over as starter again for the first time since Week 5. He completed 26-of-43 passing attempts for 224 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions in the win. There really wasn't much positive to take away from Brissett's performance in this game. He escaped with the win because the Texans were just slightly worse. There is almost no reason for any fantasy managers to bother streaming Brissett against the Baltimore Ravens next week, assuming Tagovailoa remains out.
