3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Albert Okwuegbunam (knee) was unable to suit up for Wednesday's practice, throwing his availability for Sunday's game against Philadelphia into question. Okwuegbunam saw a season-high 81% of Denver's offensive snaps last week, but the return of Noah Fant likely caps the second-year tight end's upside in any regard. Okwuegbunam has hauled in 16 receptions for 116 yards and one touchdown this year, receiving a mere cursory look in the passing game when the Broncos have their full allotment of pass-catching weapons. An absence in Week 10 would likely funnel more playing time toward Eric Saubert or Andrew Beck. Stay tuned for updates on Okwuegbunam's status as they become available.--Jesse Borek
