3 years agoColorado forward J.T. Compher continues to play on the top line for the Colorado Avalanche. Compher has enjoyed a great deal of success in the early going with five goals and nine points in ten games. Four of his nine points have come from special teams' play as he is now averaging 19:44 of ice time a night. That is almost three and a half minutes above his career average. Compher is also winning 51% of his faceoffs which is another career-high in the early going. With Nathan MacKinnon out another three weeks, he will be the center of attention for the Avalanche.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
