BALLER MOVE: Add in 10+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 58% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Derrick Rose and Tom Thibodeau, match made in heaven. I know the rostership is nearing 60% and that's a no-no for the WW column, but I just couldn't resist the urge. Rose started the season nicely, then came crashing down to Earth a bit, but he's now righted his early wrongs and putting up some regular but also some firework-worthy games in November. And hell, if only because of the bump up in playing time you should be licking our chops if you can still find him available for free.
Rose was logging a low 22 minutes off the pine prior to the flip of the calendar page. Since Nov. 1 game against Toronto, though, Rose has logged at least 18 minutes every game he's played and is now averaging a slightly higher 24 MPG (it'd be up to 25 MPG not counting Friday's night short stint as he was banged up in-game and thus limited a bit). As I said in the intro, Rose has put up some expected lines for a 22-minute reserve this season but has also gone nuts here and there with scoring bursts reaching the 23 pops (twice) or hitting 4/5/6 treys on a single day.
November has definitely been Rose's month so far, and in the past week of games (starting to count from Fri, Nov. 5 on) he's averaged 15+ PPG, 3+ RPG, 4 APG, and 1+ SPG. Rose has attempted as many as 61 total field goals in the past five games for an average of 12+ FGA per game in that span and he's hit them at a high 48.2% clip. Rose has 10 treys in the past five games he's been part of, and exploded for 6 treys against Milwaukee last Wednesday. Get some shares while they're still there, folks.

Fantasy Basketball Deeper-League Waiver Wire Adds for Week 24: Isaac Okoro, Kris Dunn, Josh Richardson, Corey Kispert, Delon Wright
The deeper a fantasy basketball league, the harder it is to hit a winner with your last few picks. It is also harder to find decent help from the waiver wire if your late-round picks don't do you justice. If you picked up a few stinkers, don't lose hope just yet. I will try to […]
Onyeka Okongwu (SF/PF, ATL): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 16% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Hawks are currently the 10th seed in the East but are also tied for 8th and 9th with Brooklyn and Charlotte respectively. There's even a chance (albeit small) that Atlanta could rise as high as to reach the 7th seed if […]
Immanuel Quickley (PG, NYK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 48% of leagues ANALYSIS: If we use common basketball sense, then the New York Knicks and Coach Thibs should try and see what the young guys such as Immanuel Quickley have in them and what they can provide the franchise with ROS, as the NYK are […]
Deni Avdija (SG/SF, WAS): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 37% of leagues ANALYSIS: One would reasonably think that a player seeing a playing-time boost such as that of Deni Avdija's this month would make said player drop his efficiency numbers. Well, not the case for the Wiz Wing by the looks of it. Avdija has […]
Nicolas Claxton (PF/C, BRK): Week 24 Waiver Wire Pickups
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 24% of leagues ANALYSIS: The Nets can finally rest assured they'll make the play-in portion of the season. Not quite what you expected when the season got rolling back in October, but at least more than what the Lakers would have accomplished a week from now. […]
