Darrel Williams Comes Up Big In Week 10 Victory
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Darrel Williams put together a productive evening in a Week 10 victory versus the Las Vegas Raiders. Williams drew his fifth straight start on Sunday and picked up 43 yards on 11 carries. His biggest production came in the passing game with nine catches for 101 yards and one touchdown. Starting running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) has a chance to return in Week 11, but Williams proved his value in a big way this evening. Even when Edwards-Helaire returns, he could be on a pitch count and Williams could still offer some flex appeal in deeper formats. Moving forward, Williams should remain rostered in all formats with his upside as either a starter with Edwards-Helaire out or one of the top insurance policies in the game. Next up for Williams and the Chiefs will be a potential shootout versus the Dallas Cowboys in Week 11.
