CeeDee Lamb Making Progress, Could Do Light Work At Practice
3 years agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (concussion) could do some light work at practice on Tuesday, according to head coach Mike McCarthy. After not practicing on Monday, this is a step in the right direction for the sophomore in terms of his availability for the Thanksgiving showdown with the Las Vegas Raiders. This seems like a situation that could go right before kickoff at 4:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, so fantasy managers should have a backup plan if relying on Lamb to be active. The Cowboys will already be without Amari Cooper, who is on the COVID-19 list, so Dak Prescott could be short his top two receivers in Week 12. Should Lamb be held out of action, Michael Gallup could have upside as a WR2 after seeing 10 targets against Kansas City in Week 11, while Cedrick Wilson could be on the FLEX radar in deeper leagues. If Lamb plays, he is a must-start WR1.
