3 years agoColorado Avalanche defenseman Cale Makar scored in a fourth straight game in Wednesday's 5-2 win over Anaheim, matching a franchise record for the longest goal-scoring run by a defenseman. He's scored six goals in total during his streak and now has 16 points for the season in 14 games. The 23-year-old leads all blue-liners with eight goals and is also closing in on the top spot in overall scoring, sitting just three points off Adam Fox.
