3 years agoNew York Jets tight end Ryan Griffin has emerged as the starter with Tyler Kroft (chest) possibly done for the season. Sadly, Griffin hasn't been able to make much of an impact as the starter. Last week, he hauled in three of his four targets for 39 yards in the loss. Those three catches actually tied a season high for Griffin. The Jets don't get the tight end involved much and that is unlikely to change. Luckily for Griffin, he'll face a Houston Texans defense that has allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to tight ends this season. Despite that, Griffin is only a desperation option in deep leagues for this matchup.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
