3 years agoNew Jersey Devils goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood saw 25 shots on Sunday night and stopped 23 en route to his fourth win of the season. Typically, the goaltender had seen 35+ shots in every home start. That was not the case. He did give up what would have normally been a dagger of a short-handed goal by Scott Laughton. Instead, New Jersey rallied scoring three goals in the final 8+ minutes of the game for a 5-2 win. The Devils will next play on Tuesday night at home versus the San Jose Sharks. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
