3 years agoMontreal Canadiens left-winger Jonathan Drouin is enjoying a nice scoring run of late. On Monday, he helped set up Ryan Poehling 18:39 into the first period to tie the game at 1. Drouin saw a hard-charging Poehling head straight toward Thatcher Demko. That pass was fast and showed the quick hands of Drouin. It also gave him five points in his last five games. Drouin now has three goals and nine assists in 18 contests. There is even a chance that the forward could come close to his career-high of 53 points from three seasons ago.
