3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) struggled his way through another game in Week 13's Thursday Night Football matchup against the New Orleans Saints. "Zeke" ran the ball 13 times for 45 yards and caught two of his three targets for just two more yards. Once again, Elliott was outplayed by Tony Pollard, who looked healthy and explosive while Elliott slogged through, clearly hampered by his knee injury. There were rumors that Dallas could hold Elliott out completely, but they've allowed him to keep playing despite his struggles. He can't be seen as more than a high-floor RB3 until he shows that his injury has improved.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
