3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (ankle) played well in a Week 13 win over the New York Jets, but was forced to leave early due to an ankle injury. With Jordan Howard (knee), and Jalen Hurts (ankle) out and Boston Scott (illness) active but not playing, Sanders handled 27 touches in this game. He ran the ball 24 times for 120 yards and added three catches for 22 yards. He hurt his ankle on a sideline tackle and quickly went into the medical tent before being seen sitting back on the Eagles bench as they ran out the clock for their victory. With the team heading into their bye week, Sanders and the rest of the injured Eagles will have some extra time to heal.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
