3 years agoRiding high into Saturday's main event on a four-fight winning streak, Rob Font was unable to get the win, dropping a unanimous decision to Jose Aldo (45-50, 45-50, 46-49). Font actually out-struck Aldo by landing 149 significant strikes (193 total strikes), compared to Aldo's 86 significant strikes (96 total strikes) in 25 minutes of main-event action. With 12 of his 19 career wins coming by finish, it's possible we see Font earn more finishes in the UFC moving forward.
