3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (knee) will continue to play through his knee ailment but can no longer be considered a weekly RB1 option like he was when he was healthy. "Zeke" admitted that he was not at 100% this week and that he likely wouldn't be for another few weeks. He added, "You're going to have to drag me off of the field," implying that he does not plan on missing any time. Still, he's clearly been hampered by the injury and besides ceding touches to backup Tony Pollard, Elliott just hasn't looked like himself with the ball in his hands. He's gone six games in a row without gaining more than 51 rushing yards, but since he's still seeing some touchdown opportunities, it's hard to rank him any lower than a lower-end RB2 with some injury risk.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
