3 years agoDetroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff (illness) returned to a full practice session on Thursday after sitting out with an illness on Wednesday. Goff said he played through the flu in the Week 13 win over the Minnesota Vikings and was dealing with it for the last couple of days. He's feeling much better now, though, and will be fine to start in Week 14 on the road against a tough Denver Broncos defense. Goff almost had his second 300-yard game of the season last week and added three touchdowns and one interception. But fantasy managers shouldn't expect the same kind of success for the 27-year-old in back-to-back weeks against a Denver D allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to QBs this year.
