3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers tight end Jared Cook will draw an average matchup versus the New York Giants in Week 14. The Giants are allowing five receptions for 51 yards per game to the tight end position and that will make Cook a viable option on Sunday. Wide receivers Keenan Allen (COVID-19) and Mike Williams (COVID-19) are both on the reserve/COVID-19 list at the moment and if one or both miss Sunday's game, Cook could see an increase in target share. If at least one of the receivers suits up on Sunday, the veteran should be considered a TE2. If both Williams and Allen are out on Sunday, Cook can be considered a low-end TE1 for Sunday's contest.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
