Cleveland is installed as 2.5-point home favorites in a game with a low 42.5-point over/under and will be well-rested for this game after a bye in Week 13. The Baltimore offense has been very generous to fantasy defenses this season as they are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to the position in 2021.
