3 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (illness) is expected to play against the 49ers despite being listed as questionable, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Mixon has yet to miss a game this season, totaling 978 rushing yards, 192 receiving yards, and a whopping 14 total touchdowns. Fantasy managers should view him as a high-end RB1 option on a weekly basis. Mixon should see a full workload this week, but it's very possible that reliable backup Samaje Perine gets involved, too.
