3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (groin) is officially active on Sunday. The 25-year-old injured his groin versus the Minnesota Vikings in Week 12 and wasn't available for the team's most recent matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Nonetheless, the hybrid is a must-start against Cincinnati based on how well he's played all year, despite the chance he could be limited.
