3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Derrick Gore put together a nice performance in a Week 14 victory versus the Las Vegas Raiders. The Chiefs jumped ahead early in the contest and Gore fell one carry short of leading the backfield. Leading the Chiefs backfield with 67 yards on nine carries, Gore also scored a touchdown and chipped in with a pair of receptions for 23 yards. Despite the nice performance, much of his volume on the afternoon could be attributed to the game getting out of hand early. Moving forward, Gore is still likely to play behind Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Williams, but he could be of use to managers seeking an insurance policy for CEH. Next up for Gore will be a Week 15 matchup versus the Los Angeles Chargers.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
