Brandin Cooks Tops 100 Yards In Week 14
3 years agoHouston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks managed 101 receiving yards on eight catches and 11 targets in Week 14 against the Seattle Seahawks. Rookie quarterback Davis Mills attempted 49 passes as Houston fell behind early. The solid performance by Cooks shows his talent, but the fact that he had eight catches on 11 targets and still failed to score shows the limitations of the offense. In Week 15, the Texans get a Jacksonville defense that has been surprisingly solid. Cooks is a WR2 in PPR formats because of the large target share he sees on a weekly basis, but fantasy managers will always need to temper expectations.
