3 years agoWith wide receiver Keenan Allen (COVID-19) inactive on Sunday, Los Angeles Chargers rookie wide receiver Josh Palmer had a big day in a Week 14 victory versus the New York Giants. Palmer was targeted seven times on the afternoon and caught five balls for 66 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown came near the end of the first quarter and was for 12 yards. Palmer drew plenty of praise in the offseason, but hasn't seen enough volume to help those in the fantasy community. With Allen expected to return in Week 15 versus the Kansas City Chiefs, managers should temper their expectations with Palmer moving forward.
