3 years agoThe Kansas City Chiefs placed defensive tackle Chris Jones on the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday. It comes on the heels of the Chiefs placing wide receiver Josh Gordon on the list on Monday. Jones could come off the list if he's fully vaccinated, he's asymptomatic and returns two negatives tests 24 hours apart, but that's increasingly unlikely to happen with the Chiefs playing the division-rival Los Angeles Chargers on Thursday night in Week 15. Not having Jones on the field this week would be a big loss for the Chiefs defense, as he's been one of their best defenders with seven sacks, six tackles for loss, 14 QB hits and five passes defensed this year. KC's defense has been much improved in the second half of the season, but they'll be a shaky fantasy defensive unit against the strong offense of the Chargers this week, especially if Jones is out.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
