3 years agoDetroit Lions running back D'Andre Swift (shoulder) will not practice on Wednesday. It's a bad sign early in the week for Swift's chances of returning to game action for the first time since he suffered a shoulder sprain in Week 12 on Thanksgiving. And with Jamaal Williams on the COVID-19 list heading into a Week 15 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, the Lions backfield is down to Craig Reynolds, Godwin Igwebuike and rookie Jermar Jefferson. Reynolds came out of nowhere to lead the Lions backfield with 11 carries and 83 rushing yards in the loss to the Denver Broncos last Sunday, and he figures to see most of the backfield work yet again if Swift misses another game and Williams isn't cleared from the COVID-19 list.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
