James Robinson To Be Given Starter’s Workload
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars interim head coach Darrell Bevell said that running back James Robinson "is our starting running back and will be played as such." For Robinson's fantasy managers, for the first time in a long time, this is certainly positive news. It's unclear why, but former head coach Urban Meyer's usage of Robinson in favor of Carlos Hyde highly suggested that Meyer may have simply had a personal issue with the former rookie sensation. No NFL fan will argue that Hyde is better than Robinson, so now, with a new coach already vouching for him, it's reasonable to predict that Robinson will have an increased workload. Fantasy managers should still try to bench Robinson, but if needed, he can be started as an RB2 against the Houston Texans.
