Michael Carter Has Disastrous Outing
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Michael Carter (ankle) made his return off the injured reserve in Week 15. He missed the previously three games, but was barely seen in this game. Carter rushed eight times for 18 yards in the loss to the Miami Dolphins. He added one reception for two yards, but it obviously wasn't enough to salvage his fantasy value. This is disappointing for fantasy managers who expected a big outing from Carter after the coaching staff gave him praise. That being said, the Jets are in tank mode and should keep Carter involved in the rushing attack. Although, Tevin Coleman appears to have earned a role as well. Carter will be a low-end flex option against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16.
