3 years agoControlling the first round on Saturday with his wrestling and ground game led to Ricky Simon being able to score a big knockout in the second round to take the victory over Raphael Assuncao. Through 7:14 of action, Simon racked up 18 significant strikes (27 total strikes), including a big right hand that floored Assuncao in the second round. With the win, Simon probably found his way into the rankings, which likely means tougher future opponents.
