3 years agoThe Denver Broncos activated running back Mike Boone from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday and placed fullback/tight end Andrew Beck (elbow) on Injured Reserve and waived running back Damarea Crockett in corresponding moves. Boone was put on the COVID list on Dec. 10 and missed the team's last two games. The former Minnesota Vikings running back has played in only five games this year and has played 24 total offensive snaps, with 17 of those coming in his last game in Week 13 when he had four carries for 35 yards and caught his only target for 19 yards. Boone will go back to serve as the No. 3 back behind Melvin Gordon and rookie Javonte Williams in Week 16 against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Boone would probably need injuries to both Gordon and Williams to become fantasy relevant.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
