3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Thursday and will return to action in Week 17 versus the Denver Broncos. The big receiver only missed one game, but will return against a tough Broncos secondary. The Broncos have been one of the best defenses versus the wide receiver position and have allowed just 11 receptions for 148 yards per game on the season. With the emergence of rookie Josh Palmer combined with Williams returning after just week from the Reserve/COVID-19 list, it's possible that he could see a limit in snaps on Sunday. The upcoming free agent has been hit or miss all season long and was limited to just four receptions for 39 yards when the teams first met in Week 12. Williams could make or break a lineup on a weekly basis and should be considered a WR3 in Week 17.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
