Jerry Jeudy Activated From COVID-19 List
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy was activated from the COVID-IR on Wednesday, as was teammate Tim Patrick, making them eligible to play in Saturday's game against the Chiefs. With Teddy Bridgewater landing on the IR, Jeudy and Patrick will be catching passes from Drew Lock for another game, which hasn't led to much success for any of the team's receivers. As a result, neither is a recommended play in season-long leagues, except deep leagues where Jeudy could be a usable option given the matchup. Jeudy also makes for an intriguing dart throw on a two-game Saturday DFS slate since Kansas City ranks 30th in the NFL in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers over the last month, and Cincinnati lit them up through the air last week. Jeudy has the talent to get behind this secondary and have a big day, but the Broncos have an unreliable quarterback and prefer to run the ball, which will make him a risky option.
