Kyle Pitts Doesn't Practice Wednesday
3 years agoAtlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts (hamstring) missed practice on Wednesday after having to leave Sunday's game against the Bills early. Pitts was clearly hampered by the injury on Sunday, trying to come back into the game in the 2nd half and running with a noticeable limp. The Falcons want to get their star back on the field for the final game, and he is within striking distance of a few records, but he will likely need to show he's 100% before the team would risk playing him in a meaningless game. If Pitts does sit, there is nobody worth playing on Atlanta as Cordarrelle Patterson's role has basically been cut in half over recent weeks. Head coach Arthur Smith said he won't rule anybody out this early, so keep an eye on Pitts' practice status during the week but have a back-up option ready to go.
