3 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Robby Anderson (quadriceps), who was questionable to play in the Week 18 regular season finale, is active on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Anderson will be active, but in a meaningless game for the Panthers, he might not play his usual number of offensive snaps. The 28-year-old has only 46 catches for 469 yards and four touchdowns on 101 targets in 16 games this season as the No. 2 wideout behind D.J. Moore. Anderson hasn't really been able to tap into his chemistry with quarterback Sam Darnold from their time with the Jets, and Darnold has been below-average when healthy in his first year in Carolina.
