3 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers designated running back Giovani Bernard (hip) and linebacker Lavonte David (foot) to return from Injured Reserve on Wednesday. Both players returned to practice on Wednesday and could be officially activated in order to play on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles in the wild-card game. Bernard has been out since Week 14, but he could have a role in Tampa's backfield this weekend, especially with Ronald Jones II (ankle) considered doubtful to play. Lead back Leonard Fournette (hamstring) has missed time of his own, so there's a chance he's not the bell-cow back he had been for most of the season. Bernard will be risky, but he'll be worth a look as a low-cost DFS flier in PPR formats if he plays.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
