3 years agoSan Francisco 49ers rookie running back Elijah Mitchell (knee) was limited in his return to practice on Thursday after he was absent on Wednesday. The Niners were just giving the rookie a little extra rest on Wednesday. He's fully expected to play on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, and he's one of the better DFS value plays at his $5,700 DraftKings price tag for wild-card weekend. The Cowboys defense has been stingy to RBs all year in terms of fantasy points allowed, but Mitchell has been San Francisco's bell-cow back when healthy, seeing double-digit carries in nine of his 11 games, including 20-plus carries in all five of his final games to close out the regular season. Mitchell went over 100 yards rushing in five of his 11 games, and the 49ers should involve him heavily in this matchup.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
