Clyde Edwards-Helaire Ruled Out Against Steelers
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday night's wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Edwards-Helaire was limited in the first practice of the week, but he failed to practice the last two days and will miss his third straight game. Darrel Williams (toe), who suffered a minor toe injury in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Denver Broncos, practiced all week and is expected to play against Pittsburgh. With Edwards-Helaire officially out, Williams should once again be KC's featured back and will now be a popular DFS pick against a Steelers defense that allowed the most rushing yards per game (146.1) in the regular season. In his last full game as the lead back in Week 17, Williams had 14 carries for 88 yards and two touchdowns while adding three receptions for 19 yards.
