Adam Stenavich Promoted To Offensive Coordinator
3 years agoThe Green Bay Packers promoted Adam Stenavich to offensive coordinator on Monday. Stenavich served as the team's offensive line coach for the Packers in 2019 and 2020 and added the duties of run-game coordinator this past season. He helped running backs Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon become only the second RB duo in team history to both record 1,100-plus scrimmage yards in the same season. The Packers offense led the NFL in time of possession in each of the last two seasons and was tied for first with the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks with only 13 turnovers in 2021. Green Bay needed a new offensive coordinator after Nathaniel Hackett left to be the Denver Broncos head coach last week. It remains to be seen if Stenavich will be guiding an offense led by quarterback Aaron Rodgers or Jordan Love in 2022.
