Harold Landry Wants To Stay With Titans
3 years agoTennessee Titans impending free-agent outside linebacker Harold Landry made it clear on Thursday that he would like to re-sign with the team this offseason. The second-round pick in 2018 finished the 2021 regular season with 12 sacks, which ranked 10th in the NFL and led the team. Landry also led the Titans with 14 tackles for loss and was second on the team with a career-best 49 QB pressures while finishing third on the team with 74 tackles to earn a Pro Bowl nod. He's scheduled to be a free agent in March, but he wants to return. "It's no secret that I love playing for the Titans, and my family loves living in Tennessee," Landry said. "So hopefully we can get a deal done." There's mutual interest from the Titans as well, with general manager Jon Robinson saying earlier in the week he'd like to keep Landry around.
