3 years agoCarlston Harris' bid for three straight wins in the UFC came to a crash on Saturday night as he fell to Shavkat Rakhmonov via first-round knockout on the main card of action. Near the end of the first round, Harris took a spinning head kick that dropped him to the mat. Rakhmonov was able to jump on top and finish the contest. In 4:10 of action, Harris tallied 10 significant strikes (15 total strikes) while also clocking 44 seconds of control time. Rakhmonov is a bright rising star in the division, and this fight should not be a reflection of things to come for Harris.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
