C.J. Uzomah Listed As Questionable For Super Bowl
3 years agoCincinnati Bengals tight end C.J. Uzomah (knee) is listed as questionable for the Super Bowl on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams, although he was a full practice participant on Friday. Head coach Zac Taylor said Uzomah is expected to play after suffering a sprained MCL in the AFC Championship win over the Kansas City Chiefs. It's big that the 29-year-old should be available for the Bengals offense, but there's also a good chance that his knee injury keeps him limited in the big game. As a result, don't be surprised if we see a bit more of Drew Sample on the field against the Rams. Uzomah had 13 catches for 135 yards and a touchdown in the first two playoff games on 14 targets, but he could struggle to produce on Sunday if he's not 100%.
