3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott is expected to return to the team next season. Elliott dealt with a PCL knee injury during the 2021 season, but the Cowboys thought he played really well when he was healthy. The 26-year-old just surpassed 1,000 rushing yards for the fourth time in six NFL seasons. The good news is that he's not expected to need surgery on his knee heading into the 2022 campaign, but the biggest road block for his fantasy ceiling will be Tony Pollard, who looked much better than Elliott various times throughout the season. In total, Elliott scored 10 rushing touchdowns on 237 rushing attempts over 17 regular season games, while adding 47 receptions for 287 yards and two more scores on 65 targets.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
