3 years agoCincinnati Bengals rookie kicker Evan McPherson made both of his field-goal attempts (long of 38 yards) and both of his extra-point tries in the 23-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday. McPherson proved to be very reliable in his rookie season in the NFL, making 84.8% of his 33 field-goal attempts in 16 regular season games, including going 9-for-11 from 50-plus yards. He missed only two of his 48 extra-point attempts and was perfect in the postseason -- 14-for-14 on field goals and 6-for-6 on extra points. The 22-year-old kicker finished the 2021 season tied for 11th in overall fantasy points at his position, and he's definitely a kicker on the rise, considering he's in one of the better up-and-coming offenses in the NFL.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
