Joe Burrow Won't Need Surgery On Knee
3 years agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, who suffered a knee injury late in the Super Bowl loss to the Los Angeles Rams, won't need surgery, according to sources. Burrow will have to rehab his knee, but the sprain shouldn't drastically affect his offseason. It's great news for the 25-year-old, who missed most of his rookie season in 2020 due to a serious knee injury. The injury is worth watching, but as long as he doesn't suffer any setbacks, Burrow should be good to go for spring workouts. With plenty of offensive talent around him, Burrow took the next step in 2021, going 366-for-520 (league-high 70.4 completion percentage) for 4,611 yards, 34 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. Cincy's offensive line needs to protect him better, but Burrow will be in the QB1 mix in fantasy heading into 2022.
