Steelers Plan To Add QBs This Offseason
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert said the team will add quarterbacks this offseason after Ben Roethlisberger retired. "We know we're going to add to the position. I can't tell you how at this point. We will go to camp with four. If we had to start today with Mason Rudolph as our starter, let's go. We'll try to build the best team around him," Colbert said. Dwayne Haskins will be back in 2022 as a restricted free agent, and the Steelers also have Joshua Dobbs. Pittsburgh will surely be in the market to trade for a QB (if the price is right), and they could also draft a signal-caller of the future on top of it. Rudolph is the current starter, but expect the Steelers to do everything in their power to upgrade at the position before training camp this summer.
