3 years agoBuffalo Bills impending free-agent quarterback Mitchell Trubisky spent the 2021 season as the backup to Josh Allen, but he could be ready to battle for a starting job somewhere else in 2022. "I'm in a confident space right now," Trubisky said. The former No. 2 overall pick of the Chicago Bears spent four seasons in Chicago, but he struggled in his final years with the Bears. Trubisky went just 6-for-8 for 75 yards and an interception last year, but he said what he learned in Buffalo was invaluable as he moves to the next stage of his career.
