3 years agoColorado Avalanche center Nathan MacKinnon (lower body) will be back in the lineup on Friday against the Winnipeg Jets, The Athletic's Peter Baugh reported. The 26-year-old pivot missed one game with a lingering lower-body injury but was only kept out of the lineup for precautionary reasons, head coach Jared Bednar said. MacKinnon registered 48 points through 36 games played this season and logged points in five straight games prior to being sidelined, so fantasy managers should be very excited to see he will be playing Friday night. --Chelena Goldman
