3 years agoCleveland Browns center J.C. Tretter ranked second among qualifying centers in 2021, but his salary cap number for 2022 sits at $9.86 million. On top of it, 2020 fifth-rounder Nick Harris is poised to step into the role if Cleveland decides to part ways with Tretter in order to save $8.235 million on the cap. Tretter will be starting somewhere next year regardless, and he's more likely to be traded than released. Harris played well for the Browns last year when he started in place of Tretter when he had COVID-19 against the Green Bay Packers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
