Gibson was a late scratch in Sunday's game against the New York Islanders due to a non-COVID-19 illness. This season, Anaheim has relied heavily on the Pittsburgh native as he has posted a 16-14-8 record with a 2.84 goals-against-average and a .911 save percentage.
